Whispers of the New Earth

This monthly series is for those ready to raise their vibration, expand their consciousness, and release what no longer serves. Each two-hour workshop blends Yoga, meditation, guided contemplation, journaling, sound healing, and Reiki, inviting ease, flow, and energetic alignment.

Chakras

Exploring the Energy body

Step into a guided exploration of the chakra system — the body’s energetic map — where we bring awareness to physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances.

Beneath thought and perception, chakras hold and circulate energy, offering a space where deeper patterns — including self-beliefs, ancestral imprints and archetypal themes — can be felt, softened, and released.

This is a layered immersion, weaving together restorative & yin yoga, pranayama, mantra & slow mindful flow — gently preparing the body and nervous system to receive.

We will move into a deeper chakra exploration where you’ll be intuitively guided using as set of beautiful chakra cards which will be your stokers. You will be encouraged to work with one of the energy centres, using journaling and simple active practices to explore what is ready to be seen, shifted, or let go.

Root — Grounding, safety, belonging

Sacral — Sensuality, creativity, flow

Solar Plexus — Power, confidence, self-worth

Heart — Love, compassion, connection

Throat — Expression, truth, communication

Third Eye — Intuition, vision, inner knowing

Crown — Consciousness, connection, higher awareness

The evening then unfolds into a visual meditation, 7 chakra crystal bowl sound bath allowing the work to integrate and settle. We’ll close in connection, with chai and bliss balls, grounding the experience back into the body.

I had the pleasure of attending both Georgia’s Fire Horse and Equinox events at Prana House and they were truly beautiful experiences.

Georgia creates a warm and welcoming space that immediately feels supportive and grounding.

Each event was thoughtfully designed, blending movement, breathwork, reflection and energy work.

The Fire Horse gathering was powerful and inspiring, encouraging clarity and courage for new beginnings.

The Equinox evening offered a wonderful exploration of balance through yoga, sound and sacred geometry.

Georgia’s guidance throughout both events was calm, intuitive and deeply nurturing.

Her attention to detail in creating the space and experience is exceptional.

Everything felt intentional and held with great care.

The evenings also offered lovely connection with like-minded people.

I left both events feeling refreshed, centred and uplifted.

Georgia truly goes above and beyond in what she offers.

I highly recommend her events and look forward to attending again.

Join Georgia for a deeply restorative Yin, Reiki & Sound Healing Journey — a tranquil experience designed to release tension, rebalance energy, and nourish your entire being. Through the gentle practice of Yin yoga, we’ll melt into long, supported poses that soften the connective tissue and fascia, allowing the body to open and unwind.

As you rest in stillness, the resonance of seven-metal sound bowls, chimes, and gong will wash over you — clearing stagnant energy and restoring harmony on a cellular and energetic level. Layered with hands-on Reiki and the sacred use of Reiki symbols, this experience channels pure healing energy to calm the nervous system, awaken your inner vitality, and leave you feeling light, clear, and deeply renewed — a true surrender into sound, stillness, and serenity.
